Privacy

We use submitted business contact and request information only to assess, administer, and deliver the requested B2B service. We do not sell supplier contact lists or customer request data.

Screening and collection

Relevant submitted text is screened before customer request or upload data is written. Directly rejected requests are not stored as customer requests. Unmatched free text remains subject to owner review.

Retention

Enquiry metadata is scheduled for deletion after 90 days and optional uploads after 30 days. A later written service order may require a longer lawful business-record period, which must be documented separately.

Short-lived abuse-control buckets contain a keyed digest of an address prefix, never the raw IP address. They expire independently of enquiry records.

Deletion requests

To request deletion, use the same email address submitted with the enquiry and include the opaque request ID. Deletion may be limited only where a documented legal record obligation applies.
