Refunds and cancellation

No live payment is accepted in the current phase, so there is presently no paid order to cancel or refund.

Policy before paid launch

When paid service is separately enabled, a customer may cancel for a full service-fee refund before work starts. After work starts, any refund, re-performance, correction, or other scope-based remedy will reflect the agreed work not delivered or materially deficient.

Physical-goods refunds, replacements, shipping claims, and returns remain between the buyer and the factory or marketplace under their written order terms.
