Restricted products and export control

Unbranded, non-electrical, non-food, non-medical, battery-free, non-liquid, non-powder ordinary B2B goods are the safe first-batch profile; free-text intake still requires owner review until a structured allowlist can prove that fit.

Directly rejected

• Weapons and explosives: Weapons, guns, knives, ammunition, bombs, and explosives are directly rejected.
• Counterfeit and clear IP infringement: Counterfeit, replica, or clearly infringing trademark, copyright, or patent requests are directly rejected.
• Controlled goods and substances: Controlled goods, controlled substances, and narcotics are directly rejected.
• Tobacco and vaping goods: Tobacco, cigarettes, nicotine, vaping products, and e-cigarettes are directly rejected.
• Pornographic, hateful, or illegal material: Pornographic, hateful, abusive, or otherwise illegal material is directly rejected.
• Compliance evasion: We directly reject requests to evade sanctions, export controls, customs rules, certification requirements, platform rules, or IP rights.

Owner review required

• Batteries and dangerous goods: Batteries, lithium cells, power banks, and other declared dangerous goods require owner review.
• Magnets: Magnets, including neodymium goods, require owner review.
• Liquids and powders: Liquids, powders, oils, perfumes, and fragrances require owner review.
• Wireless goods: Wireless, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, radio, and transmitter goods require owner review.
• Food and supplements: Food, supplements, vitamins, and edible goods require owner review.
• Cosmetics: Cosmetics, makeup, and skin-care goods require owner review.
• Medical and pharmaceutical goods or claims: Medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, treatment, cure, and patient claims require owner review.
• Adult goods: Adult goods and sex toys require owner review.
• Child-safety goods: Child-safety goods, car seats, cribs, and baby gates require owner review.
• Brand and IP review: Licensed branded goods and other non-obvious IP-sensitive requests require owner review.
• Alcohol: Alcohol, beer, wine, and spirits require owner review.
• Precious metals: Gold, silver bullion, platinum, and other precious metals require owner review.
• Dual-use and advanced technology: Dual-use items, drones, high-performance electronics, and encryption goods require owner review.
• Specialty chemicals: Specialty chemicals and chemical precursors require owner review.
• Personal protective equipment: PPE, respirators, safety helmets, and protective equipment require owner review.
• Outside a structured safe profile: Free-text requests default to owner review unless a future structured allowlist can prove they fit the safe first-batch profile.
