Terms

These terms describe a B2B desktop research and sourcing-coordination service. This pre-release build accepts enquiries but does not offer checkout or collect live payments.

Scope and evidence

Any future engagement begins only after written scope is confirmed. A desktop review summarizes records and materials available to us; it is not an on-site audit, certification decision, legal opinion, guarantee, or proof that a supplier is a factory.

Buyer and factory relationship

The buyer remains responsible for its purchasing and compliance decisions and pays goods and shipping directly to the factory or approved platform. Source Desk does not take title to the goods in this phase.

Restricted scope

We may reject or pause any request under our restricted-products and export-control policy. No request may be used to evade sanctions, customs, certification, platform, or intellectual-property rules.
