1. What you are buying

The China MedTech Export Radar pack is a sales-intelligence product containing 30 company records, or the Pro pack with every evidence-passed company in the current release, compiled from public sources, with business contact channels, registry matching, confidence grades, and suggested outreach angles. The Pro pack includes 12 companies with confirmed FDA establishment registrations in the current release. It is not a legal opinion, regulatory verification, compliance determination, or official database, and it does not state or imply any company's FDA or EUDAMED registration status beyond the explicitly confirmed matches.

2. Price and payment

The price for a 30-company pack is USD 369; the Pro pack is USD 599. Payment is collected through a verified business PayPal account after written order confirmation. No obligation to buy is created by the request form or sample download.

3. Delivery

We deliver the XLSX lead pack and executive PDF brief within 48 hours after verified full payment. If fewer records than ordered can pass the evidence gates, we never lower the threshold; we instead agree on a replacement, a reduced scope at proportional price, an extension, or a refund review.

4. Licence and restrictions

Each pack is licensed non-exclusively for internal use by one purchasing company. Resale, republication, redistribution, and use by third parties are prohibited.

5. No guarantees

The product contains no guarantee of buyers, response rates, revenue, registration outcomes, or market entry. You are responsible for your own outreach and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including email marketing rules in your jurisdiction.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Refunds are processed for failure to deliver the agreed scope; completed work is not refundable.
